Each rental unit's Space Code is its permanent payment identity, so your payment is matched to your space automatically — no reference numbers to remember.
Instant official receipt by SMS
The moment your payment is confirmed, the system generates your PDF receipt and sends you an SMS with a short download link.
The receipt is generated and stored permanently at payment time. The SMS link needs no login, and the file is named after you.
A receipt anyone can verify
Your PDF receipt carries a QR code. Anyone who scans it — your landlord, an auditor, a family member — sees Landlod's "receipt is genuine" page. No more disputed payments.
The verification page shows the receipt number, date, amount, your name, the space and the payment channel — but never bank account numbers.
Reminders before rent is due
Friendly SMS reminders arrive ahead of your due date — a week out, days out, and on the day — so rent never sneaks up on you.
Reminder windows are set per property (7, 3, 1 and 0 days before due), and the system never double-sends for the same window.

On the 1st I pay UGX 450,000 from MTN MoMo, and my receipt SMS arrives before I leave the verandah.
