Every property owner chooses a settlement mode. Realtime pushes each payment to your bank as it arrives. Rent paid this morning is on its way this morning. Lumpsum lets collections accumulate and settle together, for owners who prefer fewer, larger credits.
A continuously running engine: confirmed collections on Realtime properties are dispatched on the next settlement run, typically within minutes.
Settles in slices: on a managed property with a 10% fee, UGX 1,000,000 splits into UGX 900,000 to the owner's DFCU account and UGX 100,000 to the manager: separate transfers, each tracked to completion.
Confirmation means landed: the settlement SMS/email/in-app alert fires only when the bank transfer completes. It is proof of landing, not a promise.
Visible on the receipt: the receipt's verification page shows each slice's status: Processing, then Settled.
