Paying
Pay with mobile money — FlexiPay, MTN MoMo or Airtel Money — against your Space Code, the unique number for your space (e.g. 30664470614).
Receipts
Yes — receipts are permanent. Download it again from your dashboard, or ask for the link to be resent. It's the same original document.
Getting paid (landlords & managers)
Realtime properties: each payment is dispatched on the next settlement run after it confirms. Lumpsum: collections accumulate and settle together per your arrangement. Either way you receive a confirmation when the transfer actually completes.
Managing
A trusted person (spouse, accountant) you add to a property who gets notified of every collection — with no login and no access to funds.
