Everything on the PDF — issuing brand, receipt number, date, net amount, payment channel logo, tenant, property, space and Space Code, payment note, and a watermark of the settlement bank.
And the QR code — every receipt carries the code that proves it genuine.
QR verification
Any doubt, settled in one scan
Anyone who scans the QR on a printed receipt — or clicks its printed link — lands on Landlod's public verification page and sees, instantly, whether the receipt is genuine.
A caretaker doubts a tenant's UGX 450,000 March receipt? One scan with a phone camera: genuine, issued by the managing company, 1 March, Space 306644706XX, settled. Dispute over in ten seconds.
What a scan shows — receipt number, date and time, net amount, tenant name, property, space and Space Code, payment channel and transaction ID.
Settlement status per beneficiary — each slice's status is visible — e.g. "Owner — Settled".
What it never shows — bank account numbers or any internal identifiers, by design.
Fakes fail loudly — a fake or expired code gets a clear branded "not found" warning — not a blank error.
