Twelve shops, one landlord, and a monthly collection route by car. Now each shop pays against its Space Code, Realtime settlement lands in his bank, payment alerts arrive all morning on the 1st — and settlement confirmations by evening.

Cash to a caretaker, no receipts, one “pay again” dispute too many. Now she pays UGX 450,000 by MoMo against her Space Code, the receipt SMS arrives before she leaves the verandah, and a QR code settled her last dispute in ten seconds.

Her landlord isn't on any system and never will be. She registered the space herself with his name, phone and bank; she pays through Landlod, he receives the money in his bank with an SMS, and she keeps verifiable receipts.
