Every rental unit carries a permanent Space Code, its payment identity. Tenants pay against that code from any phone, and the moment the channel confirms the payment, Landlod does the rest.

Allocated automatically: each collection is recorded against the space and applied to the open rent period.

Guest invoicing
Invoice a short-stay guest with just a name and number
Hosts create a stay with a guest's name and phone number. Landlod generates the invoice and texts the guest a public payment link, no app to install, no account to create.
Pay from the SMS: a two-night stay at UGX 90,000/night becomes one link for UGX 180,000, payable from anywhere.
Payment confirms the stay: non-payment simply expires it, no manual chasing or cleanup.
Extend in one tap: extensions generate a linked follow-up invoice automatically.
Real receipts for guests too: guests receive the same QR-verifiable receipts as long-term tenants.
Due-date reminders
Friendly nudges before rent is ever late
Tenants get polite SMS reminders at 7, 3 and 1 days before rent is due, and on the day itself. You choose which windows are on, per property.
Per-property switches: turn each reminder window on or off to match how you run your buildings.
Morning delivery: the scheduler runs daily during business hours, when tenants actually read SMS.
