Uganda rental market insights
As the platform grows, we'll publish anonymised, aggregated insights on how rent really gets collected in Uganda — never any individual's data.
Coming here first
What we'll publish
These are measures the platform genuinely records. When the numbers are mature enough to be honest, they'll appear here.
On-time payment rates
The share of rent paid by the due date versus late — the single clearest signal of how collections are really going.
Payment channel mix
How tenants actually choose to pay — the balance across the mobile-money channels the platform supports.
Settlement speeds
How quickly collected rent completes its journey into landlords' bank accounts, across settlement modes.
No reports have been published yet. A stated promise beats a padded chart — the first edition ships when the data is real.
Our rules
How we'll handle the data
Aggregated and anonymised
Everything we publish is aggregate. No property, manager, landlord or tenant will ever be identifiable in our insights.
Methodology alongside every figure
Every number we publish will come with an explanation of exactly how it was measured — no chart without its method.
Real data or no data
We'd rather publish nothing than pad thin numbers into a chart. The first report ships when the data is genuinely representative.
